On this page you can read all about the general terms and conditions that apply if you want to donate money to Foundation Roof for Humanity.
You donate to the following receiving party
Roof for Humanity Foundation, established in Scherpenzeel, with office at Stationsweg 373 (postal code 3925 CC). Registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 70546924. Hereafter referred to as: Roof for Humanity.

Article 1. Definitions (alphabetical)
Agreement: the distance agreement between the receiving party and the giving party.
Donation: an amount of money donated to Roof for Humanity by the giving party.
Distance contract: an agreement in which, within the framework of a system for donation organized by the Receiving Party, until the conclusion of the agreement, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication.
Giving party: the natural or legal person who makes a donation to Roof for Humanity by means of an electronic authorization via the Roof for Humanity website.
Online donation: giving money to Roof for Humanity by means of an electronic authorization via the Roof for Humanity website.
Receiving party: the legal entity Stichting Roof for Humanity that receives a donation on the basis of the agreement, which is used for the implementation of the articles of association.
Statutes: Roof for Humanity strives to build spaces for and together with people who for whatever reason cannot find a home in today's society. In addition to physical structures such as community buildings, Roof for Humanity also enters into a conversation in the public domain by building a temporary space and connecting with passers-by. We strive for an inclusive society and we try to prevent depression, loneliness and social isolation.
Article 2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to any online donation to Roof for Humanity.
By donating online, the giving party agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Roof for Humanity reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions in the interim.
article 3. Processing personal data
Roof for Humanity processes the personal data provided to Roof for Humanity by the providing party in accordance with all (legal) regulations regarding the data to be processed, including in particular the regulations laid down by or pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act.
The giving party has the right not to be included for further marketing activities by sending an email to info@roofforhumanity.com
Article 4. Intellectual property
The use of the information on this website is free as long as you do not copy, distribute or otherwise use or misuse this information. You may only reuse the information on this website in accordance with the regulations of mandatory law.
It is not permitted to reuse text, photo material or other materials on this website without express written permission of foundation Roof for Humanity. The intellectual property rests with foundation Roof for Humanity.

Artikel 1. Definities (alfabetisch)
Donatie: een door de gevende partij aan Roof for Humanity geschonken geldbedrag.
Gevende partij: de natuurlijke – of rechtspersoon die middels een elektronische machtiging, via de website van Roof for Humanity, een donatie doet aan Roof for Humanity.
Online doneren: het geven van geld middels een elektronische machtiging via de website van Roof for Humanity aan Roof for Humanity.
Ontvangende partij: de rechtspersoon Stichting Roof for Humanity die op basis van de overeenkomst een donatie ontvangt welke gebruikt wordt ten behoeve van de uitvoering van de statuten.
Overeenkomst: de overeenkomst op afstand tussen ontvangende partij en gevende partij.
Overeenkomst op afstand: een overeenkomst waarbij in het kader van een door de Ontvangende Partij georganiseerd systeem voor doneren tot het sluiten van de overeenkomst uitsluitend gebruik gemaakt wordt van één of meer technieken voor communicatie op afstand.
Statuten: Roof for Humanity streeft ernaar ruimtes te bouwen voor en samen met mensen die om welke reden dan ook geen thuis vinden in de huidige samenleving. Naast fysieke bouwwerken zoals communty gebouwen, gaat Roof for Humanity ook het gesprek aan in het publieke domein door een tijdelijke ruimte te bouwen en verbinding te maken met voorbijgangers. We streven een inclusieve samenleving na en proberen door onze activiteiten depressie, eenzaamheid en sociaal isolement te voorkomen.
Artikel 2. Toepasselijkheid
Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op elke online donatie aan Roof for Humanity.
De gevende partij stemt, door online te doneren, in met deze Algemene Voorwaarden.
Roof for Humanity behoudt zich het recht voor om de Algemene Voorwaarden tussentijds te kunnen wijzigen.
Artikel 3. Verwerking persoonsgegevens
Roof for Humanity verwerkt de door de gevende partij aan Roof for Humanity verstrekte persoonsgegevens in overeenstemming met alle (wettelijke) voorschriften betreffende de te verwerken gegevens, daaronder in het bijzonder begrepen de voorschriften bij of krachtens de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens gesteld.
De gevende partij heeft het recht niet opgenomen te worden voor verdere marketingactiviteiten door een mail te sturen aan info@roofforhumanity.com
Artikel 4. Intellectueel eigendom
Het gebruik van de informatie op deze website is gratis zolang u deze informatie niet kopieert, verspreidt of op een andere manier gebruikt of misbruikt. U mag de informatie op deze website alleen hergebruiken volgens de regelingen van het dwingend recht.
Zonder uitdrukkelijke schriftelijke toestemming van Roof for Humanity is het niet toegestaan tekst, fotomateriaal of andere materialen op deze website her te gebruiken. Het intellectueel eigendom berust bij Roof for Humanity.
Artikel 5. Slotbepalingen
De disclaimer en het privacystatement die Roof for Humanity hanteert zijn onverkort van toepassing.
